Our client, a cutting edge software company located in downtown Toronto, is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join its dynamic team for an exciting two month initial contract. Reporting into the Global HR Manager, this individual will be responsible for recruiting eight (8) Java Developers for a high profile project.

Responsibilities include:
--Utilize multiple sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates including direct sourcing, referrals, networking, internet searches, etc.
--Utilize a large internal resume database for the sourcing and tracking of candidates, booking interviews, uploading interview feedback and communicating with candidates
--Assist in building a database of potential future resources
Requirements:
--5+ years of IT recruitment experience, particularly for Java Developers
--Results-oriented mindset (high sense of urgency, determination, tenacity, etc.)
--Professional, high energy, engaging personality that comes across over the telephone
--Well-developed, effective, written and verbal communication skills used to gather information and engage potential candidates' interest
--Understanding of IT fundamentals
